PATIENT INFORMATION

How do I make an appointment?

  • We have online booking or you can call 0444 591 934 and our friendly reception staff will be able to help you.

Do I need a referral?

  • No. A referral is only needed for physiotherapy treatment if you are claiming under a Medicare EPC plan or DVA.

  • Workcover and TAC patients welcome. An out of pocket charge will apply to most claims. Please call us on 0444 591 934 if you have any queries. 

  • NDIS self-funded clients are welcome.

How do I pay?

  • We require payment on the day of physiotherapy treatment. This can be by card or cash. We have HICAPS where you can claim your health insurance on the spot with your card. If you do not have your card we can provide you with a receipt to claim online or with your insurer. Rebates vary between insurers.

  • If you have a Medicare EPC referral, please bring in your referral from your doctor. We can do your reimbursement onsite if you bring in your Medicare card and the card associated with your medicare account.

  • Appointment costs:

    • Initial appointment (approx 45mins) $140​

    • Initial long/multi area appointment (approx 75mins) $190

    • Follow-up 30 mins $100

    • Follow-up 45 mins $140

    • Follow-up 60 mins $170

    • Initial Clinical Exercise Pilates assessment (45mins) $140

    • 2:1 class (60 mins) $50

    • GLA:D Program $600

What do I need to wear?

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. If we are looking at your knees it is a good idea to wear shorts or have pants that roll up.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time should you not be able to attend your appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee will occur. We will send you a reminder email two days prior to your appointment to help you remember
